How to order

Click on the products you would like to buy and follow the step-by step-instructions.

You will need a vaild email address to register your personal details. Once registered you can make an online purchase through our secure shopping server.

If you are not registered you can still add products to our shopping cart but will then need to register to finalise the purchase.

We also accept payment by cheque. Simply use the shopping cart to place an order and select the 'Offline Payment' option. Your order will then be packed and ready for delivery as soon as we recieve your payment. You can print an invoice and reciept for your order from within the shopping cart system.

Delivery Information

All goods are mailed through the Royal Mail.

A few guitarists mail there own CDs on our behalf so if you have ordered 2 or more CDs by different musicians they may arrive separately. This applies to CDs by Isaac Guillory, Gareth Pearson, Johnny Dickinson and some John Renbourn CDs.

1 CD will cost you £1.40 for a 1st class UK delivery, £1.75 for Europe and £2.50 for any other country in the world. If you order a book then the cost will be more than that of a CD as our pricing reflects the charges made by the Royal Mail and are based on weight for both the UK and other countries.

We will refund the full price paid by you for CDs returned to us, subject to the following conditions and at the discretion of the Company Management:

1. You must send us an e-mail within seven days of receiving the CDs, and tell us why you will be returning them. Acceptable reasons are that the CDs arrived damaged or that they are faulty in some other way, but not that you have changed your mind.
2. The CDs must be returned in their original packaging accompanied by a signed letter stating your reasons for returning the product.
3. The CDs must be received by us within 14 days of the date on which we dispatched your order.
4. You must pay for the return postage.

Privacy Policy

Only your personal details for delivery purposes are kept on our secure and protected server. This enables future purchases to be made quicker and allows you get the best out of our Shopping Cart system. When you enter your credit card information you are actually on the WorldPay server, and this information is never seen by us.

We will NEVER give or sell your personal information to any other 3rd party, company or individual for any purpose whatsoever.

Only the musician whose goods you have bought will know who you are.
