How secure is ordering online?

We are very security aware at Guitar CDs Ltd and as a result use the highest secuity systems available on all online purchasing. All orders are encrypted to ensure that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. In addition to this every shopper is protected from fraudulent use of their card. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.

NOTE : We cannot accept payment by Maestro cards.

What currencies do you accept?

At the moment Guitar CDs Ltd accept three currencies :

British Pounds
American Dollars
Euros

We will review our currency policy regularly and add more when needed.

How much is postage and packaging?

1 CD will cost you £1.40 for a 1st class UK delivery, £1.75 for Europe and £2.50 for any other country in the world. If you order a book then the cost will be more than that of a CD as our pricing reflects the charges made by the Royal Mail and are based on weight for both the UK and other countries.
